We must face/confront/stand against the emptiness/void/terror, and discover/remember/unearth the powerful spirit that lies within/deep inside/at our core.

The Heavy Blanket of Insomnia

Insomnia acts as a crushing weight upon your mind and body. You toss and turn, searching for sleep as you struggle. The hours crawl by, each one an eternity filled with anxieties and exhaustion. This constant state of wakefulness becomes a prisoner in your own bed.

Aching for Sweet Oblivion

The clutch of oblivion was a siren's call, a gentle promise of escape. To drown in its depths was to silence the incessant chant of existence. The reality's sharp edges faded under the lure of its sweetness.

To truly desire oblivion was to yearn for a fleeting respite from the burden of being.
